第1条（目的）
本規約は、T‑Family Inc（以下「当社」）が提供する業販バイヤープログラム（以下「本プログラム」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。
第2条（会員登録）
本プログラムへの参加を希望する事業者（以下「申請者」）は、当社所定の登録申請フォームに必要事項を記入し、本規約に同意の上、申請を行うものとします。当社が申請を承認した時点で、申請者は本プログラムの会員（以下「会員」）となります。
第3条（卸売価格）
会員は、当社が提供する商品を卸売価格にてご購入いただけます。卸売価格は当社が別途提示する商品リストに記載されます。
第4条（会員資格の維持条件）
会員は、月間購入額100万円（税抜）以上を維持する必要があります。月間購入額が100万円（税抜）未満の状態が3ヶ月連続した場合、会員資格は自動的に解約となります。解約後に再度本プログラムへの参加を希望する場合は、改めて登録申請を行い、当社の承認を得る必要があります。
第5条（支払い条件）
全会員共通で前払い（先払い）とします。入金確認後に商品を発送いたします。決済手段は銀行振込または当社指定の方法とします。
第6条（入会金）
本プログラムへの登録にあたり、入会金として50,000円（USD 500ドル）を申し受けます。入会金は初回購入時のご請求に加算いたします。ただし、当社指定のGoogle MAPページに口コミを投稿いただいた場合、入会金は免除いたします。
第7条（機密保持）
会員は、商品リスト、価格情報、その他取引条件を第三者に開示してはなりません。違反した場合、当社は会員資格を即時停止する権利を有します。
第8条（解約後の復帰）
会員資格が解約された会員が復帰を希望する場合、再度業販登録申請を行い、当社の承認を得る必要があります。
第9条（規約変更）
当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更する権利を有します。変更時は事前に会員へ通知いたします。
第10条（契約成立）
本フォームの送信をもって本規約への同意とみなし、契約が成立するものとします。
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Wholesale Buyer Program (the "Program") provided by T‑Family Inc (the "Company").
Article 2 (Membership Registration)
Business entities wishing to participate in the Program (the "Applicant") shall complete the designated registration form, agree to these terms, and submit the application. The Applicant becomes a member of the Program (the "Member") upon approval by the Company.
Article 3 (Wholesale Pricing)
Members may purchase products at wholesale prices provided by the Company. Wholesale prices are listed in the product list separately provided by the Company.
Article 4 (Membership Maintenance Requirements)
Members are required to maintain monthly purchases of at least 1,000,000 yen (excluding tax). If monthly purchases fall below 1,000,000 yen (excluding tax) for three consecutive months, the membership will be automatically terminated. Members wishing to rejoin the Program after termination must submit a new registration application and obtain approval from the Company.
Article 5 (Payment Terms)
Payment is required in advance for all members. Products will be shipped after payment confirmation. Payment methods include bank transfer or other methods designated by the Company.
Article 6 (Registration Fee)
A registration fee of ¥50,000 (USD $500) is required to join this program. The fee will be added to your first purchase invoice. However, the registration fee will be waived if you post a review on our designated Google Maps page.
Article 7 (Confidentiality)
Members shall not disclose product lists, pricing information, or other transaction terms to third parties. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend membership in case of violation.
Article 8 (Reinstatement After Termination)
Members whose membership has been terminated must reapply for wholesale registration and obtain approval from the Company to reinstate their membership.
Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
Article 10 (Contract Formation)
Submission of this form shall constitute agreement to these terms and the formation of the contract.
