第1条（目的）
本規約は、T-Family Co., Ltd.（以下「当社」）が提供する業販バイヤープログラム（以下「本プログラム」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。
第2条（会員登録）
本プログラムへの参加を希望する事業者（以下「申請者」）は、当社所定の登録申請フォームに必要事項を記入し、本規約に同意の上、申請を行うものとします。当社が申請を承認した時点で、申請者は本プログラムの会員（以下「会員」）となります。
第3条（会員ランクおよび割引）
- シルバー会員：登録完了時に自動付与。割引率5%。
- ゴールド会員：月間購入額50万円（税抜）以上。割引率10%。
- プラチナ会員：月間購入額150万円（税抜）以上。割引率15%。
- ダイヤモンド会員：月間購入額300万円（税抜）以上。割引率20%。
ランクの昇格は前月の購入実績に基づき、翌月から適用されます。
第4条（ランク降格）
2ヶ月連続で当該ランクの月間購入額条件を下回った場合、1ランク降格となります。降格は1ランクずつ段階的に行われます。
第5条（シルバー会員の維持条件）
シルバー会員は、登録後3ヶ月以内に月額50万円（税抜）以上の購入実績を1回以上達成する必要があります。2ヶ月経過時点で未達成の場合は警告通知を送付し、3ヶ月経過時点で未達成の場合は4ヶ月目より商品リストの配信を停止します。
第6条（支払い条件）
全ランク共通で前払い（先払い）とします。入金確認後に商品を発送いたします。決済手段は銀行振込または当社指定の方法とします。
第7条（機密保持）
会員は、商品リスト、価格情報、割引率、その他取引条件を第三者に開示してはなりません。違反した場合、当社は会員資格を即時停止する権利を有します。
第8条（配信停止後の復帰）
商品リスト配信が停止された会員が復帰を希望する場合、再度業販登録申請を行い、初回注文として50万円（税抜）以上の購入が必要です。
第9条（規約変更）
当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更する権利を有します。変更時は事前に会員へ通知いたします。
第10条（契約成立）
本フォームの送信をもって本規約への同意とみなし、契約が成立するものとします。
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Wholesale Buyer Program (the "Program") provided by T-Family Co., Ltd. (the "Company").
Article 2 (Membership Registration)
Business entities wishing to participate in the Program (the "Applicant") shall complete the designated registration form, agree to these terms, and submit the application. The Applicant becomes a member of the Program (the "Member") upon approval by the Company.
Article 3 (Membership Ranks and Discounts)
- Silver Member: Automatically granted upon registration. 5% discount.
- Gold Member: Monthly purchases of 500,000 JPY or more (excl. tax). 10% discount.
- Platinum Member: Monthly purchases of 1,500,000 JPY or more (excl. tax). 15% discount.
- Diamond Member: Monthly purchases of 3,000,000 JPY or more (excl. tax). 20% discount.
Rank upgrades are based on the previous month's purchase history and take effect the following month.
Article 4 (Rank Downgrade)
If a member fails to meet the monthly purchase requirement for their current rank for two consecutive months, they will be downgraded by one rank. Downgrades occur one rank at a time.
Article 5 (Silver Member Maintenance Requirements)
Silver members must achieve at least one month of purchases totaling 500,000 JPY (excl. tax) or more within 3 months of registration. A warning notification will be sent at the 2-month mark if not achieved, and product list distribution will be suspended from the 4th month if still unmet at the 3-month mark.
Article 6 (Payment Terms)
Payment is required in advance for all ranks. Products will be shipped after payment confirmation. Payment methods include bank transfer or other methods designated by the Company.
Article 7 (Confidentiality)
Members shall not disclose product lists, pricing information, discount rates, or other transaction terms to third parties. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend membership in case of violation.
Article 8 (Reinstatement After Suspension)
Members whose product list distribution has been suspended must reapply for wholesale registration and make an initial purchase of 500,000 JPY (excl. tax) or more to reinstate their membership.
Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
Article 10 (Contract Formation)
Submission of this form shall constitute agreement to these terms and the formation of the contract.
